ABERFELDY PRACTICE MOVE

We are delighted to let you know that we have moved into the new Aberfeldy Health and Wellbeing Centre on the 12th of August 2024.

The new address will be The Aberfeldy Practice, Aberfeldy Health & Wellbeing Centre, 19 Aberfeldy Square, London, E14 0XA. This is approximately a 5 minute walk from our current practice. Moving into this new healthcare facility, we’re confident new and existing patients will benefit from improved and a wider range of services.

 You do not need to do anything if you wish to remain registered with the practice.

• You will continue to be registered with the practice.
• The doctors and nurses will remain the same and will continue to have access to your medical records.
